1、 th type et elevator is a product developed by our company based on the experience of many companies. its main performance and parameters conform to jb / t3926-1999 < vertical et elevator > > and the ring chain for traction conforms to mt36-80 high strength ring chain for mining.
th type elevator has the following characteristics:
1. compared with hl type, th type with the same et width increased the conveying capacity by nearly one time;
2. the lower part adopts the heavy hammer lever type tension device, which can realize the automatic tension. after one time installation, it does not need to be adjusted for a long time, and can maintain a constant tension force, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine and avoid slipping and chain falling off;
3. the puller is a high strength ring chain made of low alloy steel. after proper heat treatment, it has high tensile strength, wear resistance and long service life;
4. the elevator is a mixture or gravity unloading, take-off loading, suitable for conveying powder, granular, small pieces of low abrasive materials with a stacking density of not more than 1.5t/m3, and the material temperature is not more than 250 ℃;
5. this machine has two kinds of hoppers:

td series et elevator adopts two ways of discharging: centrifugal type and mixed type. it is suitable for conveying non abrasive and semi abrasive materials, such as grain, coal, cement, sandstone, chemical fertilizer, etc. with a bulk density of no more than 1.5t/m3. td material temperature is generally not more than 60 ℃.
