on march 11, secretary general liu ze and dr. shao ningning of solid waste branch of china silicate society visited our company, mainly investigating the sludge collaborative solid waste production ceramsite project that our company provided the overall solution.

the production line is the most advanced sludge ceramsite production line in china, including process design, automatic control, environmental protection and energy saving. the core equipment of the production line, waterfall rotary kiln, is improved by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing the three leaf rotary kiln of british rtal company, which is internationally leading. compared with the rotary kiln with traditional circular interface, its thermal efficiency is higher, the temperature rise rate in the kiln is faster, the energy consumption per unit product is reduced while the firing efficiency is improved, the kiln length is greatly shortened, the land occupation is reduced, and the consumption is saved about the project investment.



at the same time, our company also cooperates with the institute of process engineering of chinese academy of sciences to develop a series of resource-based utilization technologies of "sludge collaborative solid waste preparation ceramsite lightweight aggregate", and develops a sludge collaborative disposal system with independent intellectual property rights. the system integrates sludge drying, aging, granulation, drying, sintering and cooling, plus nox, so2, vocs and other flue gas and odor treatment units, so that sludge disposal can be completely harmless and resourceful. the whole process of ceramsite production is closed without secondary pollution, and a waste heat recycling device is provided to realize the purpose of high efficiency, energy saving and environment-friendly ceramsite production. the ceramsite produced by this project can be used in building lightweight aggregate, sponge city construction, sewage filter material treatment, ecological wetland construction, etc., with high added value and broad application prospect. project site
